We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

Process

Email hello@unsaidfragrance.in with your order number and reason. Once approved, ship the item back; we'll refund the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, share clear photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.

Non-refundable

Samples, gift cards, and sale items are non-refundable.
